1.) As a guardian of all that is peaceful, just and civil, you must fight for everything that is alive, no matter what.
2.) Emotions can bring hostile results, should you act upon them. Do not allow them to prosper.
3.) Do not strive for love, for attachment will derail you on the Jedi Path, casting you towards the Dark Side. Self-Sacrifice is part of being a Jedi, and this is something you must give up.
4.) Respect every form of life, no matter how it appears. Whether Sith or Dark Jedi, and no matter how evil you may consider it, you shouldn't kill unless you must, and that it can't be avoided.
5.) Protect those who cannot protect themselves. You can't let anyone who isn't armed be attacked, no matter what is happening, and no matter who is being attacked.
6.) You must obey the High Jedi Council, and not openly declare any opposition you may have to its decisions. You are, of course, allowed to disagree at your own discretion, so long as it doesn't reach the degree that opposition comes to mind.
7.) Do not view others as parts of your social standing. On the same note, do not amass great wealth, or have power over others.
